Good supplement for high fiber.
The flavour leaves a horrible after taste for long time. Otherwise, it does a good job with providing high fiber. It comes in sachets which is easy to use.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s not what I have thought of it. Its flavour can only consume with any sweet dish or curd or milk. As the taste is tangy so I couldn’t use it with my proper meal. I have to use it with my breakfast edibles like muesli, cornflakes or rolled oats.
