Despite numerous attempts to reach out for help, I was met with silence from Amazon's support team.The lack of support in such a critical situation is deeply concerning. Useless product don't buy it, I repeat don't buy it..
I am ordering 4 channel DVR, 1 TB hard disk, 4 pixel camera 5 MP etc. These are useless products, don't buy them. Actually my DVR is new(2024) but the hard disk is very old which is not compatible with my DVR. I got a very old hard disk (2013) and I complained about it in Amazon, but Amazon did not reply. They said to contact Hikvision, but Hikvision replied that I can't help you, because you buy from Amazon. If you buy from local dealer, I can help you. If you buy it, don't buy it. Buy from local dealer.

Buy at your own risk
Few points to understand here:1) There two dates in the camera with two different stickers in which one is Mar 2023 and Jan 2023. Quality of the camera is really good.2) The HDD provided has no box or proper sticker over it and it is not a surveillance HDD. The noise of the HDD can be heard outside3) This DVR supports upto 4mp, but 5mp cameras are working for me without any issue.4) Cable quality is avg and the one comes with the pack is only 45 meters5) Important thing is warranty no idea how to claim the warranty with this bill, can we claim warranty for HDD with same bill no idea. SMPS do not show any warranty

As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and support, especially when a product fails within such a short time frame.I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this seller to think twice. It's essential to have confidence in both the product and the seller's commitment to customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, my experience with this seller has fallen far short of that standard.In summary, the product I received was defective, and the seller's customer service has been non-existent. Old and Overheating Hard Disk
We received the product in good packaging and on time. However, the hard disk we received was manufactured in 2010 and is overheating like an iron box.
