So far so good - large-size Chihuahua was approximately 5 when rescued 3 years ago. We didn't know what he'd been fed, so we tried many things. He seems to like this pretty well.ADDED MARCH 4, 2016: Product is great, but whoever is packaging shipments is NOT packaging a 4-pack - instead they are sending me only a 1-pack but using a large outer box which would hold 4-packs, I notified them when I received automatic subscription shipment, they apologized and said they were sending a new 4-pack and I should keep the single pack. I thanked them and got the new shipment yesterday. Yes, it only had a single-pack in the extra-large outer box. Maybe they will read this and correct their packaging employees to read the words "4-PACK" in their item description. Our Sheltie loves this dog food, and she's very particular! This food seems to be nutritionally complete and, typically, has a rather pleasant aroma. However, the last batch that was delivered had at least some packets that had gone off. The unnerving aspect, though, was that none of the packets were perceptibly damaged. Fortunately, we always take at whiff of whatever we feed our doggy, though I'm sure that she detected the putrid/rancid odor long before we did. Amazon is replacing the defective shipment. Furthermore, I'm quite sure that Pedigree, being the solid and respected company that they are, will look into this incident. In the meantime, for Heaven's sake, always sniff your dogs dinner before they do, they'll love ya for it!

We buy this product for a breakfast meal from Amazon every month for our 6 dogs. They love the "loaf" better than the soupy stuff. They do get tired of it though, so we feed them Caesar half the time, and sometimes my husband, who thinks he is a pet-food gourmet chef, sometimes cuts up a Caesar on their plates, then pours the soupy Pedigree over the top for a sauce. Sometimes they like his "creations" and sometimes they don't!

Saw this at a decent price reduction through Warehouse Deals and took the leap. The pouches are shelf stable, once opened they must be refrigerated. I mix 1/3 to 1/2 a pouch with his dry kibble as a change of pace a couple times a week. He enjoys it very much so it's a win:win for us both.

We have a large dog that really loves getting the wet food each day. Her mainstay is dry food but this little treat in the evening is her favorite. I've used quite a few different ones and I think these are my favorite. Easy to deal with, and dispose of the empty package. We can carry enough in our 5th wheel to never run out with out them taking up a lot of room. Good product Pedigree.

This is the only type of food my dog will eat now. Picky little dude refused anything else I offered after I ran out of this. I guess it's a winner then.

I gave it 3 stars because you have to squeeze the insides up and out. Sometimes it's easy, and sometimes it isn't. You can spoon it out but the pouch is narrow and you still miss some.

My dogs do love Pedigree in pouches, but like the ground kind. They are easy to open and prepare so I am happy with them also. Clean up is easy because they usually lick the dishes clean. I have four dogs and all like Pedigree. I do vary their diet with some other dog foods they like also, but they are picky.
