Bronson Biotin 10,000mcg, Supports Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails, Vegetarian, Non-GMO, 360 Tablets

My husband told me I should try biotin for skin health which I ignored. Then one day I randomly saw some ad on social media and came here on a whim and I ordered this brand thinking social media is a hero and totally forgetting about my husband's advice. I am so happy with that whim! Thanks social media! Anyhoo, I got the bottle in November of 2023 and it's now September of 2024 - my nails are much healthier. After years of nail polish, remover, gel nails and plain abuse they are revived and looking normal! My hair has gained some strength, but most of all, my skin feels better. I had some pigment spots and less than smooth spots of my face from prednisone and despite still having to be on it, my skin looks and feels better. Prior to this I had perfectly clear micro pig light skin and never went through teenage acne so it was fair for me to get slammed! This really did help the spots and smooth out the skin...mainly the pores just under my cheek bone and just outside my eyebrows. I love that the bottle has 365 pills for one year aaaand the size of the pill is awesome. It's petite but not "crap I dropped it" little. As I have an autoimmune condition I take a fair amount of pills and this didn't add any bulk to my pillbox...plus I didn't have to add a small midafternoon meal consisting of medications, 3 grapes, 4 saltine crackers and a Dr. Pepper (I still did though). So in conclusion - great size, great quantity, great quality, great results, and great job social media algorithm! *and my husband, he's pretty OK*

A couple of years ago the lady who cuts my hair every month mentioned to me that my hair was getting thinner. I panicked and the next time I visited my doctor I asked her about it. She suggested I try Biotin, which I did. It doesn't work right away but after awhile it seemed like my hair was not falling out as much. Before that I noticed that my nails were growing faster too! After about a year or so on Biotin, my hairdresser observed that my hair looked thicker. Needless to say I will keep taking Biotin and will continue to do so!

Recommended by my hairstylist. Definitely works! The pill is small and easy to swallow,no taste , and never had stomach issues. The only brand i used,others dont seem to work as well. I actually had to stop using it because I started getting laser treatments on my legs and my laser technician said the biotin was working too well 😂

A great product; unfortunately it was not good for me at this strength. Caused some wierd medical problems, so stopped using. worked great for fingernails while I took it.

Works well. I noticed a difference in my nails. They were stronger!
