Is this water proof ?

I would not if you are going fully immerse your head in water. You risk showing the wefts. If it is pertaining towards washing it, you can do so. I recommend using lukewarm water with either liquid fabric softener, conditioner or woollite. Do remember, it is a fiber. Soak it cap up for about 20-30 minutes. You can shake it out. Don't scrub! Rinse but running water through it. Put inbetween a towel and pat out excess water. Shake it out and put on head to dry.

Is the black wig 1 or 1b. I need 1 yet black?

I got it in a different color it was a completely money waste it was a synthetic and it looks like something that’s already been used during the time I bought it. Idk if the black one will be a complete waste as well.
