Do these need to be stored in the refrigerator?

I don't think so. I first bought these at a discount from another vendor since they were near their expiration date. They were still very good. They are individually wrapped. I take them out of the bags and put them in an airtight plastic container on my counter next to the coffee machine.

These Madeline’s are incredible. They’re perfectly buttery. Not too dry, not too moist. They’re the best Madeline’s out there. I’ve bought them several times and they’re always fresh.
