Do these need to be stored in the refrigerator?

I don't think so. I first bought these at a discount from another vendor since they were near their expiration date. They were still very good. They are individually wrapped. I take them out of the bags and put them in an airtight plastic container on my counter next to the coffee machine.

Delicious however this business ships in an envelope so although my cakes were not completely smashed, everything was really compressed and smooshed … They should’ve been delivered in a box.
