This massage belt has been really effective for my back pain. It’s well‑made, heats up quickly, and the highest setting gets impressively hot. It’s also comfortable to wear, even for longer sessions.

Heats up nice and quick! I will be plugging this in while I'm at my desk at work, saves me money in the long run with buying them disposable sticky things and better for the planet... probably. I'll still have to sadly use them sticky disposable ones while I'm out and about as this product is plug in only. My only quarm is the fact I ordered this while we had baaad rainy weather, I was out all day and it was left on my doorstep, in the rain... so the box was wet and I was worried the product would fail due to the conditions. Seems OK though but the packaging was damaged from the rain, probably my fault for not thinking about it properly, I did do delivery instructions to go to a neighbour but it was just left on the doorstep. I am very happy with this item so far though and looking forward to some pain relief! People say the straps are roomy, I dunno, I am on the larger size so I feel it is abit small myself but it works, I just need to stay off the cake for abit haha

I’ve never had one of these before. I bought it to help with an SI joint flare up and it’s been amazing, the directly applied heat really eases the pain and helps mobility. There are a few of these plug in ones at around this price with similar features and range of reviews so not an easy choice but I opted for this one and after its first week of daily use, so far, it’s been great! I can’t fault it. It really seems to be helping my recovery. I have a 34/36 inch waist and it fits fine, if the Velcro was perfectly aligned it would probably fit a 40 inch waist, from there the Velcro will probably allow for a waist anything between 28-46 inches, but the bigger or smaller you are the less Velcro will be gripping unless you modify it by adding extra. It gets plenty hot, very quickly, I usually find setting 3 out of 6 is adequate. The lead is long enough to get up and take 2 or 3 steps if it’s plugged in next to you. It has a timer option so it’ll shut off automatically after 1,2,4 or 6 hours.

Lovely product but too small for me. The wrap round was too tight as 6/8 inches are doubled over. Have ordered another one 10 inches longer so will see if there is more fabric to go round me! Size 16

This is fine if it's around the waist, but I have a lower back issue and to get it in the right positing means the shape is all wrong for women with hips in that it won't fasten. It fastenings need to be wider at the bottom. Operationally though it's really good, but would be better as a cordless. Update to review from 3 to 1 stars as of 17/10/25. I have had this for just over 2 years and I can honestly say in all that time I have used it less than 10 times. I used it a few days ago for a few hours as I had pain in my lower back. I plugged it in to use it again today and there is no power to it, no lights, nothing. Checked the fuse, not that. So the product has failed after no more than 10 uses. Very disappointing. I won't be buying another.

I’m writing this review after using this for more than a year now and it’s works still the same and just amazing overall , for me personally 6-7 feels like really hot and till 5 is nice and warm for menstrual back pain and 6 for cramps . Really good heating belt , go for it . Really good quality and is worth the price
