Since I started drinking the coffee-Which I love, about a month or so ago, People have commented on me having loss weight. Mind you I do a daily walk( work) and nothing extensive in the gym. I am very pleased with the product and plan to keep using it. It has a great taste and its easy on the stomach for people with sensitive digestive systems. I'm lactose intolerant and it does NOT bother me at all. This product is definitely worth buying. I will say, you should be consistent with its use and try to cut back on fatty foods also with light exercise if you plan to see realistic weight loss results.

Don’t buy
I would had hoped to read a truth and real honest review before I bought this but I didn’t bc all I read were most “good ones” so I bought the product however I regret it it doesn’t do a thing for me doesn’t help me feel energy or good digestion or anything related to health and feeling good in fact it’s the opposite I feel headaches every time I drink it and tired literally so don’t purchase you’ll do yourself a favor. Regular coffee makes me feel better than this one
