Great for water retention
Works great! My husband was developing sever edema due to some health issues. He was unable to put any shoes on due to how swollen he was. Within 3 days of taking 2 pills a day his feet returned to normal. This has been a must have for his daily regimen until we can get his weight and other health issues in check. Wow lo recomiendo llevo muchos años con inflamación en mi cuerpo y los médicos no me recomendaban pastillas porque me podía bajar la presión . Only been taking for one week
I've only been taking them for about a week. I have not noticed a difference yet. I only take one pill daily. But I'm trying to give it a chance to work. I did get indigestion I believe it was the first or second day. And I read that that was one of the side effects. Other than that that's all I have for now.

It is helping y swelling legs. Don't know about kidney, liver. I will see after the next blood test.
