I've been taking this Triple Strength Omega 3 Fish Oil for a couple of months now and I'm really impressed. The high concentration of EPA and DHA means you only need one capsule a day, which is super convenient. No fishy aftertaste at all, the capsules are easy to swallow, and the quality feels premium. I’ve tried a few fish oil supplements over the years, and this is one of the best I’ve used. The biggest plus for me is that it doesn’t give me heartburn, fishy burps, or that unpleasant acidic feeling I’ve experienced with some other brands. I have been using this brand for many years. Easy to use, no after taste or side effects. Recent medical advice revealed that if people took more of Omega 3 they would not have as many problems in later life.

Capsules are very big than the normal and it bit hard to swallow.
