Comfortable and easy to stow away. Great amount of pockets and they have a pocket for your laptop/tablets The bag itself is durable but the zippers lack a bit of quallity, don't pull too hard and def do not try to force your bag shut because it will break the zipper. Outside of trying to stuff more than I should? this is an awesome bag. only cons I would say about this, if you're 6'1" or taller this is def not a good roller bag for you, it'll have you bending over just to roll it and because it's only 2 wheels and not 4 swivel wheels, it becomes a irritating task for us taller folks.

Very nice bag. I had a hard time returning it. I just required something different. That being said, the bag is very roomy. Several pockets. Back padding is awesome. I love the color. I love the fact that you can hide the straps, you can enlarge it by 2 inches, and it’s very light starting out. I didn’t like the all soft sides, and it felt too large for a personal item. I always overpack and I thought “no way I can hold back and not fill that baby up.” So I had to return it.
