Can anyone recommend a good projector for this 14FT screen ?

I use a Samsung Freestyle projector. It works great. I would imagine any projector would work well with this movie screen.

Is this sturdy? What if it's windy?

It feels pretty sturdy. There are loops on each corner on the bottom section, and they provided pretty big stakes, as well as 2 for the top and strings to tie them off. I’ve had it up in semi windy conditions and it did pretty decent

Will this work with a PlayStation 5?

No. Unless a Playstation 5 has a outward video projector.

How far back is the projector to fill the screen, I know the projector will make a difference just trying to get some idea?

The projector used does make a difference (lumens and brightness); but I keep it about 15 - 20 feet away.
