Aus den gleichen Materialien (AUS 8 und beschichtete Klinge) habe ich ein ähnliches Messer ( MAC Sushi knife) das mir seit 15Jahren Freude macht. Hauptkriterium bei einem Kochmesser sind für mich das leichte Gewicht, die Handlichkeit, Schärfe und der " Möhrentests". Wenn es nach einem Kilo Möhren das Scheiben schneiden noch Spaß macht, ist das Messer gut. Das ist bei diesem Messer gegeben, es macht einfach Spaß.
