Works fine. No need to mess around trying to tighten a cuff with one hand. Just slips on and you tighten with the dial. Easy.

Seems good and to give a good reading. I do tend to leave the back of the battery cover off when using. This is only me, but I feel that if it for some reason started working wrong the pressure on your arm could continue to increase and you have no way of stopping it unless you can grab hold of those batteries and pull them out. It does have a release pull on it which would probably work. Maybe I watch to many films. 😂 On a plus side it does tell you if it's on wrong for a reading and you haven't got any tubes to place in the right area. FOLLOW UP. It staeted to give of strange symbals not the battery, and seemed to add to much pressure that made it uncomfortable and painfull to use if it showed a proper reading, getting worried it may continue to inflat rather than stop when it shouldm so sent back, the amount of pain it caused also if it did read correct meant it wasn't something you would want to use for regular check on bp

I bought this to take on holiday, while I was having issues with another device I was trying and was planning to return. This is actually a lot bigger than I anticipated, but it works well and is easier to use than the Velcro straps. It’s a tube you put your arm in, then turn a dial to tighten around your arm. Not sure how long the tightening mechanism will last, it uses nylon chord, which may be a weak spot, but it seems to be holding out. It would be better if this had a USB rechargeable battery instead of 4xAAAs. Not managed to get the app to work with the device, as I’d need to set up an account (entering my details. More usernames and passwords. Why does the company need my BP readings ?), I couldn’t be bothered with that. Other devices just link with my phone. But the readings seem accurate and it’s easy to fit. I’m not sure it would be durable. Have used it for 3 months without an issue, so willing to give it the benefit of the doubt.

Je possède un tensiomètre de même marque mais pour le poignet je me suis acheté celui-ci qui est beaucoup plus pratique au niveau ergonomie et comme il est connecté avec une application à votre smartphone si bien plus pratique et on peut donner automatiquement nos constantes directement à envoyer par mail ou sms un autre généraliste ou notre cardiologue en cas de besoin ou si on atterrit par malchance aux urgences on peut montrer nos constantes précédentes lors d'une hospitalisation aux urgences ce qui peut être pratique je me sers 4 jours par semaine de cet appareil matin midi et soir on peut y inscrire la date l'heure et le connecter en bluetooth à son smartphone c'est un très très bon produit je le recommande vivement pour les personnes qui en ont l'utilité

Il faut bien lire la notice, ensuite utilisation simple l’application en Bluetooth conserve l’historique. Il y a 4 couleurs qui indiquent si l’état tension est bon ou au contraire alarmant vert jaune orange rouge. La fixation sur le bras est très simple. Une fois en place juste l’appui sur le bouton, le contrôle commence et se fait tout seul. Content de mon achat.
