CALLANY Computer USB Headset Over-The-Head Hands-Free Wired Headphone with Noise Cancelling Mic– Business Headset for Call Center (VH510 USB Monaural Headset)

Bought this to use with my laptop when I work from home. It has inline volume control and mute but no call pick up, so I have to be at the computer and find the call window to answer although I'm working on other programs. I don't care for the faux leather ear pillow either. It's cute but uncomfortable. It sits on top of my ear and allows ambient noise in. If it was just the foam it would contour more to the ear and block more noise.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a call center style headset that plugs into your USB port and has a single ear cup, it is designed for speaking and being on calls while leaving one ear free. It can be used for Skype or any communication protocol. Mic audio is recorded directly from the headset itself, you can see it is a bit flat but functional and the headset is comfortable if you have a hat under it. Without a hat I felt it could use more cushion or an extra foam pad on the side that clips over your ear to your head. It also was a bit loose on my head with the smallest setting without a hat, but fit perfectly while wearing a hat.

Was skeptical because ofnthenproce but works very well. Plug and play and volume/mute control controls the computer volume for thank headset and not just the headset itself. My only critique would be to have the mic arm be able to flip to both sides so that the headset can be worn on either ear and also be flipped up to protect the arm when I go to store it at the end of the day. That critique isnt enough to mark it at 4 stars.

Sometimes customers tell me that they cant hear me. But its comfortable and the cord is long so thats a great thing!

They sit funky on my head. I might have a wonky head, otherwise, you get what you pay for. They do a good job, they were plug and play, but they aren't spectacular.

At least if it doesn't work well, the company will replace it or send you a new set.

I only used this items a few times. It is comfortable and I could hear others well but was told that they could not hear me. I turned up the volume on the device and my laptop but was still very quiet.

I don't usually leave a review, but this was so bad I am on this one. I did two calls and recorded them both for a test. I used two different mic positions. On both calls the sound was broken and had static. Essentially it was unusable. I use another headset on the same system and it is clear. So was not the calls (tested twice), it was the headset.
