10/10 . I wore it today for my 30 min work out on the treadmill. I got the large. It does fit snug thats why I went up a size. I have a short torso so it did cover my entire area. Also it never moved. When I got home and took it off, I was covered in sweat. I can only imagine out it would be for those who wear it longer. Great Product!!!

Way too small and I ordered an XL.
Not sure if I like it. It is way too tight and it’s hard to keep it from rolling at the top and bottom. I mean obviously if you have a actual gut, you will not be able to keep this material from rolling up or down pulling on your skin lol. It fits like a small and I wear a size large in shirt.

It does make you sweat but it smells like fish, I was literally looking around the gym like where the hell is that coming from and it was me. Purchase with caution lol I’m 5’4 127 lbs I got a s/m fits well

Great product for the price
It rolls up and down very easily so I had to make sure my sports bra covered the top and my leggings were high waisted enough to cover the bottom, but over all the amount of sweat from my stomach, back, and sides was crazy and I’m really excited to use it again during workouts. It’s super stretchy, breathable, and comfortable to wear. For it being only $10 I think it’s a great starter product if you’re wanting to lose a couple inches around your stomach area, I don’t see it being for long term use but I really do recommend it :)) I wear a 2X to 3X and it fit just fine

Efectivamente el abdomen suda mucho cuando se entrena usando esta faja. No he logrado comprobar que se bajen efectivamente medidas, pero sí se suda
