My wife broke one and I would like to replace it** A: I checked and 1 plate is $11.99 plus tax / shipping. I might as well get another set. **Q: Do they get hot when microwaved?** A: The plates and bowls get hot. When I heat liquids in the mugs, the handles are not too hot to handle. **Q: How big are the bowels?** A: Six inches across, 18 inches around. Please note, the lids for the mugs are not included. That was bogus advertising. It is an attractive set anyway. **Q: I want to replace two of the smaller plates How can I do that?** A: You can contact Gibson for information. My husband has broken 3 large plates but my pattern isn't available right now. The price though is pricey so might as well get another set. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does these dinnerware items make my healthy food look good?!? *by C***I on December 22, 2024* I absolutely love this dinnerware set! As I've been focusing more on eating healthier, presentation has become an important part of the process, and these plates are the perfect addition to my routine. I bought them to complement the blue and green tones in my home decor, and they exceeded my expectations when they arrived ~ they're even more beautiful in person. Initially, I kept them tucked away to preserve their new look, but now that I’ve been using them regularly, I can confidently say they hold up great to daily wear and tear.I recently returned to Amazon to share the link with a friend, only to find that they're out of stock. I really hope this is just temporary, because I'd love for my friend to get a set without having to envy mine! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super nice dinner wear *by G***S on December 12, 2023* We had a set that was 10 years old and had broken some so we found these to be close.Very happy with the quality ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These are just BEAUTIFUL!! *by J***E on October 2, 2021* I have been looking for a set of every day dishes since we moved and only kept Grandma's hand painted ones used at Holidays. There were scary reviews of broken and cracked sets, but, these were packaged with care and delivered in one day. Amazing!! The colors are consistent and match my table beautifully. I received them about a half hour ago so I don't know how they hold up in the dishwasher or microwave. If all goes well I'll order a second set.Ronnie --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/47207033-114339-16r-casa-azul-16-piece-reactive-glaze-dinnerware-set](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/47207033-114339-16r-casa-azul-16-piece-reactive-glaze-dinnerware-set) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-11-06*
