Very absorbent.
I'm very satisfied with this product. I don't have to worry about leakage. I'm in a motorized wheelchair 👨🦼 when I go 🚶♂️ out so no one knows I'm wearing attends. I've tried other brands, but Attends is the best.

Basically , it is a good product; but within the 3Xl category, the lower end of that category will not make a full seal. But, it is a good product and will keep you from having an embarrassing ‘ situation’.

5x. I weigh 315 and these fit me perfectly. I will wear them when I’m outside of my home. I will definitely order more when these are out. They’re very comfortable, not tight around the legs or waist. They pull up and down easily. When I have urge they keep the leakage inside.

leg openings are large
These have a better, higher back rise than most, but the leg openings are so large that it does not capture leaks well. It helps to wear a regular panty over it. This condition wears me down.

It is hard to fine incontinence that is really waterproof, but these come close.
