No it is none adjustable. It works well for mobility if you are transporting bait or other aquatic animals.

Not sure how much air the bubble wall needs. It runs a 20 gallon sponge filter with no issues.

The pump is fine, but your container is not! A beta fish needs a 3 gallon tank at minimum. Just because pet stores keep them in Dixie cups doesn’t mean we can do that in the long term. Please get a larger container.
