In general, the Statorade will naturally settle on the magnets once the motor spins for a short while. Sealing the casing with silicone should be fine, but I cannot speak to how well that motor is sealed. Please keep in mind that Statorade is not to be used with geared motors, as it will only serve to trap heat inside the motor. I was not able to find information online whether or not the Xiaomi M365 Pro is direct drive or geared, so use at your own discretion.

As long as it is a direct drive motor and the motor side plates are sealed, then about 4mL should be sufficient for a small hub like that and you only need to add it once for life. If you don't have a good side cover seal though, then it could leak out over time and require replacing.

Can i get the statorade out of the motor? i don’t know if my motor is an inrunner or outrunner😔

Yes, it's very easy to clean it out with an absorbent cloth or paper towel. But if you have the motor open to either add or remove Statorade from magnets, you can also see very clearly what style of motor you have too! The only ones where it will have a significant cooling effect our direct drive outrunner motors.

Yes it will, any direct drive hub. Add Hubsinks to get the full effect though. If the motor casing can’t shed the extra heat Statorade transfers from the core, it won’t do much good.

This is a must buy if you have a direct drive electric hub motor on your ebike..

This stuff is amazing.. direct drive electric motor manufacturers should have to have this stuff required by law installed in their motors .. this is single handedly the best form upgrade for any direct drive hub motor.. its scientifically proven to improve cooling .. and most people live by it.. easy to install .. took 5 minutes .. anyways plenty of youtube videos of how amazing this stuff is ..

Came sealed in original manufacture package grin technology. Worked as described for me. I was able to use it on 2 motors with 10ml syringe.

Easy to apply, keeps motors cool. Top; use the smallest drill possible. Just be sure you seal the drill hole with a good strong glue that won't fall out and let dust and water in!
