Full disclosure - I'm guy and use this for my long beard. It's the best beard treatment that I've ever found. My beard is very long and can dry out. This product protects it and gives it flexibility and softness. My only complaint is the smell. It's acceptable for some but for a big hairy long bearded tatted guy the smell is a bit like Barbie. I'd really like to see this product with no smell. Heck, I'd even be ok with Axe smell it in as opposed to what it has. My best results have been when I apply it right out of the shower and let it dry in my beard. No split ends, no frizz, no oiliness. It doesn't add color. My beard is long and grey/white so it would be very noticeable if it did. I wash it out with my next shower but between applying it and it drying I say in the house because I smell like Barbie.

I am using it with keratin shampoo and the combination is effective on my very damaged hair. Its not very huge difference for me but I definitely felt the difference. My hair texture got improved atleats somewhat. It made hair silky and smooth.

I have waited to review this hair mask because I wanted to see its long term benefits. I have to say that this mask has made a tremendous difference for my hair. I am 51 years old and my hair is not as full as it used to be in my 20s and 30s. I go to the beach a lot. This means my hair is exposed to the heat, sun, sand and sea quite often. I use this every time I wash my hair this way: first I use my preferred shampoo and conditioner as usual. I rinse well, make sure my hair is not soaked, so I do towel dry a little bit and then I apply the cream. I leave it on my hair for 10 minutes. This is especially important if you want to see results. Leave it on for at leas 10 minutes. You can even use a heated cap, but it's not absolutely necessary. After the 10 minutes, rinse your hair with water that is not very hot since cold water it's better to avoid hair loss. You will feel the softness of your hair immediately. Towel dry and then you can follow whatever routine you have with your hair. I also use it when I go to the beach on my dry hair to protect it. I have noticed a great difference in the softness and strength of my hair thanks to this mask.

Not the same as other jars of this mask that I've purchased and loved. The scent, color and consistency have changed. It doesn't feel as moisturizing as before.

What a difference! My hair is soft & smooth again. When I was younger my hair was smooth & silky. After turning 60 my hair turned dry & frizzy and ugly. I love my hair again.
