It turns out you do not need this quantity for health - your body cannot process it all. A regular multivitamins tablet gives maximum without needing this - it just flushes out your system. Quality product yes but it's completely unnecessary if you already take multivitamin tablets.

I tried so many things for hair growth - rubs and oils, plus natural stuff including castor oil, coconut oil and did not see any difference, but since I started using biotic, there's heaps of new hair growing - I am so thankful for this supplement! The packaging is also great, it seals well (unlike some other brands with this type of packaging). The tablets are tiny, and do not upset the stomach at all. I highly recommend it, I used a different brand for biotic and remember experiencing similar effects - it really does work. The only downside (which can be a plus for some) is very rapid nail growth :)
