I’ve been using this Biotin Hair Growth Supplement for a few weeks now and I’m already seeing positive results. My hair feels stronger and looks healthier, with less shedding than before. I’ve also noticed my nails growing faster and becoming less brittle. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have an unpleasant aftertaste. I tried so many things for hair growth - rubs and oils, plus natural stuff including castor oil, coconut oil and did not see any difference, but since I started using biotic, there's heaps of new hair growing - I am so thankful for this supplement! The packaging is also great, it seals well (unlike some other brands with this type of packaging). The tablets are tiny, and do not upset the stomach at all. I highly recommend it, I used a different brand for biotic and remember experiencing similar effects - it really does work. The only downside (which can be a plus for some) is very rapid nail growth :)

I have noticed a difference taking these tablets. I have less shedding of my hair and my nails are growing fast. It's a great value pouch. I can't believe it one years worth and only £8.99. Nutrition Geeks are a reputable brand and I have been very happy with this purchase.

Its rare that I think something is excellent . It takes a while to take affect but my nails especially has never grown this long and strong . Great product
