Good for whole family: relaxing, digestion support
We have been buying this herbal tea for the whole family. Even my little kids love it. To the points- we started growing lemon balm! 😅 kids usually have camomile tea, but since this tea has the same effect, but with added bonus:digestion support, we switched to lemon balm some evenings. The flavor is smooth, light, and naturally calming — not bitter like some other herbal teas. It’s also gentle on the stomach and feels very clean and pure. I love that it’s organic and caffeine-free, so I can enjoy it any time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a natural way to calm your mind and support digestion!

Highest rated company for clean product. Not sure about their bags. I empty tea into stainless steel. Wish they sold loose leaf.

My daughter’s favorite for when she doesn’t feel well!
My daughter is in a huge fan of tea, but this is her favorite for when she does not feel well. Just as the box describes it is light and citrusy. Lemon balm has been known to reducing anxiety, improve cognitive function, aid in indigestion, and it could also benefit the heart and other body function. The box says that it calms the nervous system and supports digestion.

Great way to unwind on a cold winter night. This tea taste great with or without honey. Its delicious comforting cup of quality decaffeinated tea and has been the perfect way to end the day

The Only Herbal Tea I Can Truly Enjoy
I’ve tried Lemon Balm tea from several brands, and Traditional Medicinals is my favorite by far. Some of the others I couldn’t even finish, but this one is reliably tasty. In general, I’m not a big fan of herbal teas, but because of chronic gastritis I can’t drink black or green tea. I also have IBS and MCAS and don’t tolerate many herbs, so Lemon Balm has become my go-to tea over the past year.
