What does the DC stand for???

I am pretty sure that the D stands for digestion, I don't know about the C though. My vet put my Boston terrier on this a couple months ago and it seems to be a good addition for my little girl. It is only a little cheaper on Amazon but it is a good product for digestive issues. Good luck :)

is it only for dog? what about cats?

I know for certain the capsules are good for both dogs and cats. I first received the Nutramax Proviable DC for my cats from my vet, I now get the exact same product from Amazon. I use one capsule daily for each of my cats when they need it, and always keep some on hand. It has helped with mild stomach issues to bad breath.

What is the size of the pill?

My 15 lb Border Pap has no trouble with them. Easily halved as well. I guess about the size of a regular aspirin
