My husband and I started using this 3% food grade Hydrogen peroxide as a mouth rinse. It whitens our teeth and we’re hoping with prolonged use it will improve our dental health.

I use this a lot. Great for cleaning and laundry. Price needs to come down of course. But it’s a great product.

I bought the 3% grade because I read of a new recipe where you put half a cup of 3% grade in a gallon of warm water and soak your feet three times a week. I’m on my third soak and actually I do feel the toxins being pulled out and I’m feeling better. So the 3% grade seems to do the trick, not the over-the-counter that we buy at the dollar tree. I was sick when I started and I’m almost completely healed now. Love the product will continue to use it as this method also gets rid of fungus from nail salons and I seem to have that problem too.

Better than those cleaners in stores that cost a fortune! The ratio amount is easy. 1 cup of water to 1/4 cup of 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide and that's it!! Double the ratio if you have to, it's all good.
