Works as advertised. Assuming you've read about Shilajit, you know the benefits -- and it works for me. One tip: Don't necessarily follow the directions on the bottle about how many you can take per day. I think most men would need to take much more. Ask around and read articles; you'll find that the recommended dose is much higher than what's on the bottle. Plus, I'd say that the Shilajit Gold is a waste of money; this one (the normal Shilajit) is almost as good.
