Wow, we really love this stuff. My husband and I both take it because we heard organ meat is really good for you. Plus, I'm breastfeeding and my baby needs the iron so I figured this is a great way to get it, plus all the other nutrients from organ meat (which is great for babies, esp 6 months+). It says you can take it with just water, but I always eat at least a little something before and it always digests great. Never gotten indigestion or nausea or anything. It seems to be great quality and clean. Both of us feel more energized. Not drastically, but just good. The capsules are decently large but easy to swallow, I have taken 6 at once. I was taking 6 but decided to drop down to 4/day because I just intuitively felt it was too much as a woman who regularly eats animal protein. I'm about 5'8", 155lbs. My husband is about 200lbs and sticks with 6/day. These are not cheap but you get what you pay for, so we feel these are a good value and will keep buying them. Recommend!

So far I like it. The smell of the bottle is a little less than appealing, but organ meat isn’t going to smell like flowers, so you get what you order! I take it with juice every day, so I don’t notice any less than pleasant flavors. Only had it a few days. I feel like my energy is better, but that could be placebo effect.

Love this product!!

I've taken other Paleo Valley products and been pleased, this one does not disappoint as well. The benefits from it, I think, vary for each person. I am not getting the weight loss or energy boost from it as I understood it would do, but i figure it is doing something good for me. Time will tell. It has an awful scent...wait...scent? No....no...it is an odor. A terrible odor. I put a couple drops of peppermint essential oil inside the cap so it wouldn't be as bad. That's the only negative thing I have to say about it. The label says the organs were freeze dried and I have read that freeze drying preserves the nutrients much more efficiently so we get the whole benefits from it. I notice some differences, however not like I would, most likely, if I was taking 6 daily as suggested on the label. We are lucky to have this option to getting the organs. I cannot see myself eating the organs for sure!!! I may update if I see a significant change with continuing this supplement. 4 stars due to the odor.

I have never written a review in my life, despite relying on them heavily when making purchases. But these changed my quality of life and I felt the need to share so maybe they can help someone else also. Since giving birth to my son (who is now going to be 4 soon) I had been struggling with postpartum hormonal imbalance symptoms in a very very intense way that just seemed to gradually keep getting worse no matter what I tried, took or what type of doctor/specialist I consulted. It was completely ruining the quality of my life as I had alllllll the symptoms of menopause yet I was only 35-now 38 so that shouldn’t have been happening. And I had these symptoms on the absolutely most intense end of the scale. I was miserable physically and mentally. I couldn’t not cool my core body temperature down to save my life to the point I would sit outside in below freezing Chicago winters in shorts and a t shirt to get relief and just watch the steam BARREL off of me like I had just put out my soul that had been on fire for years! My mom had bought these for herself she’s a former personal trainer and fitness and nutrition expert and she didn’t really care for swallowing 6 pills a day and told me to give them a try…… it took about a week but one day I woke up and went through the day without realizing I WASNT ON FIRE! Not once all day did I stop anything because I just couldn’t cool down. After that a few days later I got the first normal period I had in YEARS!!!! My skin was better my moods were SOO MUCH BETTER (that probably would have ended my marriage as I can admit I was insanely hard to be around let alone live with but I couldn’t help it either) these truly gave me my life back and I’m able to enjoy my kids and my life again! Could never put a price on what this has given back to me and I’m so grateful!

Liver IS brain food! I heard that as a lad growing up. This desiccated liver product is LOADED with real, nutrient dense essential minerals and natural vitamins. AND Paleo Valley uses USA grass fed and finished beefs! I support USA Beef Ranchers and farmers, and throw out the synthetic vitamins! -67 yr old male, NJ.

These are great with no taste but too expensive here in Australia at $84.59 for 168 capsules 28day supply + delivery or pay nearly $10 per month for prime. I don’t know if it is Paleovalley or Amazon but the price has gone up & the contents reduced so not happy buying anymore.
