Nice jars are week

Product is good as per price but one blade is missing. Since, I have got only one blade. I request amazon to intimate seller about this descripancies and provide one blade.

This company is a fraud, before purchasing I went through a lot of reviews and most of them were very good, but when I got the product and used it, I started doubting the reviews I read because this mixer is too average and cannot be rated more than 3 stars. The jars are made of cheapest quality material, blades don't even chop the items properly, lids looks like made of recycled polythene bags. And the service is so bad that customer care will take you through a thousand steps to register your complaint and then tell you that service guy will visit you in 72 hours but no one will visit, when you will call again then they will say that our service guys don't visit homes, you will have to courier the product to our service center but they won't be able to assure you by when can you get your product back. Really frustrated with the company, product and service. I wish there was an opening for negetive rating.
