All the mirror finish stainless steel parts were packaged properly and were delivered with no damage. All parts were as they were stated. 28 pcs in total. I will absolutely continue shopping with Denord products.

Received a defective part
Valve won't close all the way. This should have been tested before it was shipped Update: I ordered a replacement and this one works as advertised. Updating my rating from 1 star to 3

Does what it's supposed to do!
This valve is amazing. I made a brew, "keggle," out of a 15.5 keg, this works flawlessly. I have purchased most of my tri-clamp parts from Dernord, I have not been disappointed with a one! It has 3 locking positions, closed, 1/2 open, and fully open. The nice thing about this design, (other than, "easy to clean), you can set it anywhere and the silicone seat holds the position. Highly recommend this valve!
