This thing is a beast! I've got two trailers, one takes a 2" ball, the other a 2-5/16" ball. Plus, both have different height requirements. What to do? This solves that. The only problem I had is that it sticks farther out from the back of the truck so I had to replace the trailer chains with 42" (from Amazon, as well) and will likely have to do so on the other trailer. Solid shafts on the hitch and the ball mount. This thing is sturdy and rated to be able to handle more than my truck is rated to pull, so no worries there. I bought two locks that are keyed to my ignition key - one for the receiver, one for the ball mount, to prevent (deter) theft.
