Overnight Acne Fix That Actually Works
I put one of these dots on a stubborn pimple before bed and by morning the swelling was dramatically reduced. The salicylic acid and retinol combo speeds healing without drying out the surrounding skin. These are now a permanent part of my nighttime routine.

My one and only
I got them randomly when I was a teenager and I have stuck with them ever since. Nothing sticks like this stuff, I can go out and be active or just tossing and turning in my sleep and they aren't moving anywhere. But then when it comes to taking them off they peel off like a sticker, simple and easy. They do the job and are straight to the point, no irritating of the skin and no damage. They really help with those bad spots no matter what. Definitely recommend to anyone needing just a simple, no frills, patch for hormonal or other acne.

Love this product but these are defective!!!
I’ve bought the same product elsewhere and they work wonderfully but I just opened my package from Amazon to discover ALL the dots’ non-sticky sides are stuck to the inner liner of the bag. I had to remove them by peeling off the clear backing from the sticky side and ripping them off the bag - I don’t know if these got too warm in shipping or something else but they’re useless like this.

My favorite for hormonal acne! Sometimes I cut a dot in half for smaller acne but generally the full dot is what I use.

Worked great!
After using one of the dots my blemish was gone. I did leave it on longer than what was suggested but it worked great. The blemish was on my back and hard to reach but this really did the job.

Product defect
I don’t know whether I got a defective product or what. When I opened the package, some of pimple patches were stuck to the inside of the package instead of the sleeve. It was hard for me to remove the sleeve where all the patches were and i had to peel off the patches from the inside of the package. Considering how expensive these are compared to other pimple patches I really shouldn’t be losing patches because of a product defect. Granted, I don’t know how well these work yet but I will most likely be sticking to Rael.

Thick and kinda Works
It's a lot thicker than I expected. Doesn't feel like it works as well as other products. Not many come in a box for the price.
