This tripod feels very well built and sturdy, and is a great price. Have not had any issues with any parts coming loose. The 360 ball head allows for precise adjustment which is great. The quick release base plate is also a great addition, very convenient. The tripod is able to extend to be very tall but also is able to collapse into a fairly compact size considering its height and capabilities. I am able to fit it in a large tote bag, or just carry it around in the case that comes with it. Have not used the phone mount but it seems well made. I have not had it very long so I cannot vouch for how well it holds up, but it seems like it will last a good while

I'm planning to mostly use this around the house, so I don't need it to be super rugged. That said, the cheapest tripods are downright unpleasant to use; rickety and hard to adjust. I find this one to be an improvement over the absolute cheapest. There are lots of adjustment points which are intuitive, easy to use, and secure once latched. For mounting a smartphone, it comes with a smartphone adapter, but it's really not great. I would recommend getting a better one if you're using this primarily with your phone like I am. The size range is quite good (tallest and shortest); and the packed size is fairly small

This is a great tripod for travel. It folds down very compact, and it seems sturdy. The ARCA clamp is plastic and a little on the cheap side, but I found an aluminum one to replace it and it works great.

Works well with my spotting scope while at the rifle range. Solid and sturdy. It adjust easily and is light enough to take in my range bag. But, I’m not hiking up a mountain. I’m sure it is too heavy for that. The case is nice and it accepts many heads. I don’t use the ball it came with, but it would work fine for photography.

Though this is an incredible value and extremely solid and well-made, I am returning it and instead buying the K&F 63 inch ball head tripod model O235A1 BH40 for nearly the same price. This model is several inches shorter than the O235A1 BH40 when collapsed for storage or transportation. The shorter height seems appealing, but the collapsed diameter of this model is quite large. In fact, I cannot get more than one tripod leg into the side pocket of any of my camera backpacks. Having only one leg in a side pocket is too insecure and even if strapped tight to the side of a backpack it’s still quite large and bulky. It’s also so big in diameter that it’s not super easy to carry securely in one hand. I decided i would much rather have the O235A1 for nearly the same price. It’s minimum stored height is several inches longer but the diameter is much smaller. Though this tripod didn’t work out for me I am impressed by the build quality and stability. It’s a great deal if the diameter of the stowed tripod is not a big concern.

Phenomenal tripod, ordered at 12 in the morning, got it 8pm the same day, good weight, doesn’t feel cheap, the ball joint combined with all of the adjustment points available on the head of the tripod make this well worth what I paid for it. I’ve had about 5 tripods and hated every one of them- This finally changes that! This is a comparatively dirt cheap tripod but seems to be built like a tank. All adjustments are super easy to make, the legs seem rock solid, and the ball head is steady as a castle. We will see how it lasts long term being so cheap, but so far I could not be happier. My only complaint is that when folded it is quite a bit bigger and heavier than most other tripods, but for my use case that doesn’t really matter, but if you need something super compact- this won’t be the tripod for you. If you need something rock solid on a budget and size isn’t your biggest concern- I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this!

Excellent product. Nice, strong and very versatile. gets tall and legs still firm and locked in. Folds easy right into the bag. I use it for my heave Canon 5D Mark 4 and lenses. This is my second time buying it. My first one was given to a friend
