Marcelle BB Cream Beauty Balm, Golden Glow, 1.5 Fl. Oz., Tinted Moisturizer & Makeup Base, Medium Buildable Coverage, Luminous Finish, Oil-Free

I originally tried this item in my monthly Birchbox and loved the subtle, warm and dewy glow that it gave my skin. It makes me look more awake and healthy, as well as making my eyes brighter. Coverage-wise, it's between a tinted moisturizer and full coverage foundation. It's enough to even out my skin color, but blemishes or redness need a concealer. Its very easy to layer over, too. I always add highlighter (usually liquid) . Also, t his BB is not at all greasy and has never caused my skin to break out. It lasts all day; too. It's been my go-to for about 3 years now, since I first discovered it! And it will easily stand up to any other brand that you might buy at Sephora.

When I don’t feel like putting on a full face of makeup, this adds just enough coverage and color to make me look put together.

I’ve tried all the BB & CC creams and this by far is my favorite! It’s smooth, moisturizing, lightweight and sheer but provides just the right amount of coverage. Blurs imperfections, blemishes & dark under eye bags. I’m not big fan of wearing foundation but if you are this is the perfect for light or no make up days. I love to mix a little liquid highlighter to it when I want more of an intense glow! It provides a nice base for eyeshadow/blush/bronzer etc. while giving a natural glow to the skin. For reference I am 36yrs old with combo skin (sometimes oily sometimes dry) light to medium complexion, and it matches well & applies like a dream. Would definitely recommend!

Love the product when I was slightly tan but in the last couple of weeks I’m back to my winter tone. The package says “universal” but I found out this week it is not. I look forward to using it again next summer and recently ordered their BB cream in light -medium. I sincerely love the product, especially if you have dry skin. It looks flawless and it literally doesn’t feel like you are wearing anything. You need very little and it applies like a cream. Fingers crossed my next tube will match my paler skin tone. 4 stars only because of the misleading packaging. Take 2 🎬

I’ve repurchased this several times, and it’s one of the few products that’s earned a permanent spot in my makeup bag. I first tried it in a subscription box and was hooked. I have sensitive skin, and this has never irritated it. It’s lightweight, easy to apply, and gives my skin a healthy glow without looking shiny or glittery. It lasts all day and is perfect for those “I just want to look a little more awake” days. I’ll keep buying this one.

Awesome for evening out my skin, even where I have rosacea across my nose and cheeks (redness and small red marks). Much more lightweight than foundation and adds a very nice natural glow. It is thick but sits very light on your face and does not feel like you’re wearing makeup. A little goes a long way so start with a small amount and build. Perfect for daily wear with sunscreen and other makeup or as a makeup base for heavier foundation. Highly recommend for adjusting skin, even those with redness, for a very natural look (I like when your skin still looks like skin and that’s what this does).

Excellent light coverage with SPF.

So I originally had a sample of this product from BirchBox, and LOVED it. I found it would be cheaper to buy this product from amazon than that site, because of shipping costs. I loved that this made my skin tanner, but not orange, and slightly shimmery, but not sparkly. Perfect for summer. I wore this product every day for about two weeks. I also started a new desk job, where I spend a lot of time at a computer. I found at the end of the day, my eyes were sore and tired, as if irritated and strained. I put my computer screen lower and kept my iphone on nighttime mode. But my eyes were still irritated. Then I thought I was having seasonal allergies, and started taking claritin every day but my eyes were still irritated. One day I had a date night and decided to use a fuller-coverage foundation, and noticed that my eyes were completely fine. I stopped using this foundation and haven't had any problems since. This is the only foundation I've ever had that was advertised as hypoallergenic, and the only makeup I've ever had that gave me an allergic reaction. I'm super bummed because this was a favorite product, but obviously I can't wear anything that irritates my eyes(obviously I wasn't putting anything on my actual eye). note that my skin did not experience any problems from the product.

This is great cream- I love it HOWEVER seller seems to have issues shipping without damaging the packaging. The product pump wasn't screwed in properly and leaked into the clear lid covering pump dispenser. I stupidly threw out box so can't return it for a new one. In addition, the pump dispenser stopped working after using it three times . The last one I bought also had defective pump but I kept it because I was out of foundation and really needed it. So with both, i had to unscrew pump/lid and squeeze it out from tube to apply which wasn't ideal- the opening is large so too much comes out this way .

I have lighter skin (ivory beige) and in winter I was worried this would be too dark/orange. But I loved how it blended into my skin and gave glow. I just wish it had SPF. I will be buying again. Update: I have used this everyday since buying a month ago. Bought more because it was in sale and didn't want to run out. I put it on after my concealer. I do find I like to reapply again later in the day for a refresh glow. I took a star off because the pump sucks. It doesn't come out consistently and most of the time it squirts random directions. Have to clean up counter/wall. Messy.

I was looking for a cream that would cover the "blotches" on my face and even out my tone. This with the tint in it is great. I don't have to put anything over the top of it.
