Although they provide a little more drop protection, even small TPU cases add some considerable bulk to an otherwise sleek phone. This case is a HARD PLASTIC that fits snuggly on the phone adding a layer of protection without the bulk. The case maintains great responsive buttons and leaves the charging ports and speakers free. The matte finish looks great and is not prone to fingerprints and oil smudges. The case adds just enough grip to the phone so it stops sliding down even the smallest of inclines. If you add a tempered glass screen protector, the front-facing edge of the case runs flush with the top of the tempered glass.THIS CASE IS NOT DESIGNED FOR THOSE WHO:1. Are prone to dropping their phone;2. Often let their small children regularly handle their phone; or3. Are super risk-averse and value protection over aesthetics and don't mind a bigger pocket bulge. - You can tell people that the bulge in your pants is not your phone all you want but no one is being fooled (If you use that line, take a serious look at your life and learn to have some respect for yourself)This case is for the minimalist and is to protect from scratches and small dents from very low tumbles, not to provide drop protection. My review is based on the purpose of the design does not address what the case is not designed for.

Easy to slip the phone into. Easy access to the charging ports and the speakers openings line up well. Buttons are easy to press. The grip on it is good and it has withstood a couple falls from about 4-5 ft high. I like that there is no visible logo on the outside and that, according to the packaging, the product materials are sustainable and most of the packaging is made from recycled paper.UPDATE 4/14/2019It’s been around 9 months since I ordered this case. It survived a few drops while I was standing with no damage I can see to the phone itself. The power button cover of the case recently fell off. I messaged the company and they got back to me quickly, asked for a picture, and sent over a replacement case right away with what seemed like 2-day shipping. A great warranty, great customer service, and they even asked if I would like the silicone version of the case, which is a newer version. I went with the old version, I preferred the hard plastic. On another note, I also have a glass screen protector and when it fell face down from standing height the protector did crack, nothing to do with the case except that the screen lip is not substantial. The screen lip works well for me in that it is minimal and should protect the screen if I did not have a glass screen protector attached.

This case is exactly what I needed. I have purchased several for different generations of iPhones and I keep coming back. The low profile case adds little to no bulk to my phone and remains easy to slide in and out of my pocket. This soft touch plastic is easy to grip and feels great. It also looks fairly sleek too. It provides decent drop protection and have never had any problems with it not protecting my phone. Over time, as with anything, it does tend to collect wear. For me, the the plastic over the power button broke off after a year of use. For the cost and amount of time however, I do not find this to be a problem. Not to mention the great customer service and lifetime warranty! They respond quickly and helped me get a replacement ASAP! Highly recommend this case!

Thinnest case I've ever used on a phone (previous cases listed below). Its got a nice, smooth, almost matte texture. Fits really well on the phone and is fairly easy to take off. Favorite case I've had on a phone. Its so slim you probably wont notice. I used an apple leather case previously and it changed the ergonomics of the phone in my hand. This case does not. The case will protect against scratches but i'd imagine it wont help terribly much if you drop your phone.My one minor gripe is that while the sides of the front come up just enough to prevent the screen from touching the surface of a table when face down, it is not high enough to do the same thing when there is a screen protector on the device. I purchased this case to protect my old but mint condition iPhone X. The case is a great fit and is thin, but not "ultra slim". Camera lens protection is nice, and the case finish is not slick and slippery like other cases I've tried in the past. Also, I have tested the case with the Apple wireless charger and it works flawlessly.

The case is perfect (for what I needed).. I like my phone to feel and look like it does not have a case one. I like it to look like a sexy iPhone, not a bulky brick— Boom, this case does that.Some of these reviews are so silly. Of course this case is not going to protect the front glass especially if you do not have a glass protector on it. Duh.The case hugs the device super tight, naturally it is going to be tough getting off. (It took me less then 15 seconds) .The case is a basic, slim, sleek, and light. The back is smooth almost like a thick silicone.. it slides in and out of my pockets and handbags easily. I am very happy!** i instales glass protectors on the front and back, the case fit perfect. This case is absolutely slim as! Really great all around - good matte finish and doesn't make the phone feel bulk. A tight fit but that's kind of a good thing really.
