Sleep game changer
I've been looking for a decent sleep aid for a while now and thought I'd try apigenin after listening to Dr Andrew Huberman talk about it on his podcast. By it's self its been effective, but when used in combination with magnesium glycinate and inositol, it's been a complete game changer. Don't use the supplement or combo every night, but when my cortisol levels are high, Apigenin has become my go-to supplement.

Great Sleep Aid! Andrew Huberman Sleep Cocktail
Product is a great sleep aid that’s helped me greatly getting to and staying to sleep. My wife is also now using it most nights and swears by it I came look for the item as it’s part of Andrew Huberman’s sleep cocktail. Item is well packaged, high quality and even comes with a leathlet explain how the product works - which was really interesting. Would recommend. I’m using it alongside L Thenanine and Magensium L theonanate

The only supplement that sort of works?
I'm one of those people who has always been a light sleeper. These capsules are the only ones that sort of work, I've tried montmorency cherry, melatonin, valerian, hops, some sleep-aid mixtures that are natural and they have all been meh! These capsules...so I still wake up HOWEVER I manage to fall back asleep far quicker than anything else I have tried-something unheard of before! Even the thoughts running through my head sometimes just don't occur now. So, it may not help 100%, but to me falling back asleep much more quicker is a big step forward!

Has really been beneficial to my sleep
I started taking this and magnesium biscanate on the same day about a month ago. I have noticed much deeper sleep, including REM dreaming, and waking up at night much less than I used to. It is not a narcotic, it does not knock you out. But it does seem to facilitate better quality and deeper sleep compared to not taking it. Highly recommend pickuping up magnesium as well to pair with it.
