I took these the first time in the evening just after diner. I slept like a baby that night. I wonder if minerals and sleep have anything to do with each other?They also sell almost the exact same product except that it contains Iron so if you have young ladies in the house that might need the iron get those. You can also take a few with the Iron every once in a while just to cover yourself if you think you don't need iron.Finally, I think that if you order direct from Swanson that the shipping costs might be less if you order more than one at a time. I can't find the ones with iron anywhere but right at the Swanson site itself.
