Is the padding removeable?

Yes, but the padding does not move around and come out as easy as other nursing bras. The pads have stayed in place for me while nursing.

Is this easy to unhook to nurse and then rehook with one hand?

It’s easy to unhook with one hand. But I often have to rehook with two hands.

What would best fit a 32DDD?

A large, I would guess. But the returns are free if it’s not right for your body

has anyone tried this with a wearable pump? Do you buy your regular size?

I have never tried it with a pump but it’s not a super sturdy bra, so I feel like it’s not tight enough to hold one. The cups are a little less coverage, so they may not accommodate a pump. I feel that these bras run small overall. They do have extenders for most of them, but the cups are definitely smaller than an average bra.
