Is this suitable for cuticles and ingrown toenails?

Anything Aveeno is GREAT, but you can use any kind of lotion for your cuticles. A Cuticle Cream is the best and I have bought Fungi-Nail here on Amazon, for my Granddaughter and she had success getting rid of her ingrown toenail. I hope I helped.

Does it pill under sunscreen?

It soaks into your skin almost immediately so I'm not sure if sunscreen would effect it's ability to adhere to your skin.
