Finally, Period Underwear That Actually Works
I’ve tried several period underwear brands over the years, and Rael is the only one I wholeheartedly recommend. The leak protection, absorbency, and overall quality are unmatched. I used to wear Always period underwear, but I still found myself dealing with leaks and having to wash stained clothes and underwear. Since switching to Rael, I’ve been able to wear them confidently for extended periods without worrying about leaks. They fit well, feel comfortable, and truly deliver on what they promise. If you’re looking for reliable protection and peace of mind, Rael is worth every penny. This is the only brand I’ll continue to buy and recommend.

BEST DISPOSABLE FEMALE UNDIES ON THE MARKET! NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT OTHER BRAND
I LOOOOOVE THESE! These are absolutely, hands down, 100% the best best best disposable undies a woman can wear. They are so soft and comfortable. The cotton is extremely high quality, almost luxurious. You just want to run your fingers over the cotton and feel it because it's so soft and almost silky feeling. Also they feel so natural, organic, nice and comfortable against your private feminine part. Some other disposables are harsh and burn your private part. The best part about these also is how absorbent these are. I have an extremely heavy flow and other brands always leaked and got soaked. Not these. Even after being filled up, they don't spill out or leak. All bodily fluids get contained and absorbed in the organic cotton these are made from. My underwear size is XL and I bought the L-Xl size of these and they fit me well. I pray they never change their brand or lessen the quality of these. Whoever owns this company (I read it's 3 women from South Korea) please please please, never sell the company. Keep this formula. You should make pads as well that are thick but I don't see that you sell any thick pads but if you do I will buy those also and with the other popular brand I have used for over 20 years. The brand that starts with A which have gone down in quality and burn and cause irritation down there. Not these. These are so perfect, strong, durable, soft and comfy. These are pricey but worth every penny! 5 stars for every category. Thickness is great! Adhesion is strong! I love they they feel soft, organic and are unscented. The size is adjustable.

saved my broke life
I'd been using the standard store brands, such as Alw*ys, for a long time because it was easier to afford and easily accessible. I was unaware of the damage and harm it was causing me until more women online began to speak up. As I have a heavy flow and the Overnight Large Pads (which I used as my regular) from Alw*ys were not even cutting it, I opted for these diapers since other fellow heavy flow havers liked them and they were made of clean ingredients. Changed my life!! After only using them for about 3 months, my usually very severe menstrual cramping has decreased a bit, it doesn't feel like a bloodbath, and I have genuine comfort. They are thick and have size, so I feel secure even though it makes my pants feel a littttle more tight (although, I'd love an XXS/XS size! S/M is kind of large for me!) They absolutely stand overnight, I wear menstrual underwear when I wear them for extra protection. They also absorb a TON. Unlike other brands where it felt like everything "sat" on top (eugh), these actually absorbed. And of course, incredibly soft cotton and so comfortable. I've reordered multiple times and just picked up the pads. Please get these if you have painful, heavy, menses that is seemingly resistant to OTC meds! I'd say the only cons are, yes, it is a diaper so it requires a lot more effort to change lol and they're very high waisted. Additionally, the packaging is MUCH larger than a pad, so it's not easy to hide unless you're wearing a large hoodie or bring a bag !!! XD

Best no leakage overnight product
Best period product! I absolutely love these for a regular and heavy flow overnight. Even at work, I never had any issues with them leaking, and they are extremely comfortable not to mention not having any harsh chemicals. They are pretty stretchy so they kind of like adjust to you. They’re not going anywhere. They fit great and they can hold a lot.

So comfy and effective!
These disposable period underwear are as good as it gets as far as protection and comfort go. To me, they almost feel like wearing regular underwear with a thin maxi pad, but the best part is that you get full coverage without the risk of leaking. I generally use tampons plus a thin pad as backup on heavier days, but tried these for overnight and liked them so much I used for daytime as well, and they worked exactly as advertised. They’re ideal for medium to heavy flow, and not needed for lighter days unless it’s preferred. The material is very soft, they aren’t bulky at all, and can easily and comfortably be worn under clothing without an issue. I like that the sizing is very flexible too since they expand to fit just right. I will still use tampons occasionally like when working out, swimming, traveling, at the spa/massage, but these period underwear are ideal for everyday use on medium/heavy days and overnight. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Comfortable and Effective
I have been experimenting with cycle underwear and have a few pairs, but heard about the chemicals (PFAS) that they use to produce them, so I started looking for alternatives. I really don't mind cotton sanitary napkins, but for some reason companies keep pulling regular pads off the market. Many brands/absorbency level I used to purchase are now discontinued, and I can't find anything but "ultra thin," which is annoying. I actually like the security of a regular pad and have used cotton tampons on occasion (not so much anymore with). Anyway, I have a regular flow and have had one up to this point in my life. I am currently in perimenopause, so my flow has slightly changed on the first couple days/nights. My flow is heavier than I have ever experienced, which is normal, but has sometimes caused a leak overnight, and I haven't experienced leaks since I was a young teenager. Anyway, I needed something I could wear overnight (2 nights) that would not leak and that was comfortable (I did not want to feel like I was wearing undies/breathable). These are really good! Very lightweight. I was a little nervous the first night, but they kept everything secure. I have to say that it was initially an unusual experience, but they worked and that is all I care about. I gave them four stars because it feels like they need to make a size in between the s/m and l/xl. The s/m are comfortable on me, except I felt they were a little snug in the crotch, and I don't know if I want a looser fit because I feel like that would increase the potential for them to leak. Also, I had trouble opening one up and I thought it was going to tear (something made it stick), and I had to to figure out how to discretely dispose of them. For anyone who needs an idea, I save those thin produce bags, so I used those to dispose of these. Lastly, I have two family members who have had heavy flows all of their lives (very different from what I consider heavy as a person who typically experienced a regular flow), and I do not think I would recommend these for them--these are designed somewhere between regular density to ultra thin though the design coverage makes it seem as if it would offer protection for a heavy flow--depending on your measurements, the absorbency panel goes somewhat up the rear end--I don't think anyone wants fluid going up the length of their rear end. It would make clean up messy. Overall, these are really good and I will repurchase. I hope they keep making them and are easily available.

Best Postpartum Diaper
I have tried other brands, but I will be sure to stick with this one. These diapers are very soft, comfortable, and absorbent. They don't leak and the fit is perfect. I really like that they're made with organic cotton. They are even good for your menstrual cycle. I will forever recommend these.

My Preferred Alternative to Pads
This is my 4th time purchasing the Rael Disposable Period Underwear and, I will say, it is a gamechanger. If you're too busy (and a little lazy) to be washing period underwear, then this is it for you. The material is soft and most of the time, I forget that I'm even wearing a diaper! I had an issue with period diapers feeling tight around the thighs, but with this one, you barely feel a thing. The first 2 days are naturally more heavier-flow days for me, so more of it gets used during the beginning of my cycle. As for the thickness, it doesn't feel like you have something heavy and rolled up between your legs which was a huge plus. I'm able to wear this during the day and overnight without having to worry that it's going to leak. Period stains are a thing of the past. If you're looking for a more secure and comfortable alternative to pads, then this is for you.

Comfortable and it works
I was on the fence when deciding whether to purchase this. On the Rael website, the reviews for this product were pretty good, with the main complaint being sizing. I'm glad I decided to give the product a try. Backstory: started experiencing skin discomfort with menstrual pad wings (of a well known brand) against my skin, but for overnight, based on my flow on nights 1 & 2, I need some side coverage that wings provide. In doing a little searching, I came across this product. The idea of a diaper style initially made me giggle, but as I looked into it further, I was intrigued by the construction. I liked that the coverage up the front and back went right up - lots of coverage. I wasn't completely sold that there wouldn't be any side leakage. Sizing only comes in S-M and L-XL. The main complaint is that the leg opening is tight for some. Product Design: Where the waistband sits, I'm 32" and top of thigh is 20". The S-M size fits like a glove, and I have no issues with the product ripping as I'm pulling it up. The material is incredible soft and it didn't take long to forget I was wearing it. The first time wearing it, I admit to checking often to ensure no side leakage. In my testing of how much it can hold, it has crept really close, but somehow the design of the sides hasn't caused any leakage. This is amazing because with the overnight pads I have used in the past, sometimes there would be minor side leakage. Compared to the popular brand, this product definitely holds a lot, and I still feel dry, however, unlike the popular brand the way the blood is absorbed is different in that with Rael, the colour of the blood looks more like blood (brighter red). For me, this is not an issue. This is just something I noticed. I also noticed that with this product, there's zero menstrual odor. And where I have had to change my overnight pad (popular brand) once or sometimes twice throughout the night, with this product I may only need to change it once (depending on flow). But last night I decided to chance it and I didn't have any leaks. Wonderful! Removing the product is simple as per the instructions. Disposal is unfussy. This is my second cycle using this product and I'm very happy with it. It does cost more to use, but if I only need 1 or 2 per night, and only on my heavy nights, a package of 10 can last me 4-5 cycles. I do feel it's hygenically better for me as there is no skin irritation (from the wings), and I don't get sweaty down there with this product (probably because it's organic cotton). I highly recommend this overnight product.
