Transon Paint Storage Palette Box 24 Wells Airtight Stay Wet for Watercolor, Gouache, Acrylic and Oil Paint

I'm very pleased over all with is case. Keep in mind it won't stand up to travel with traditional watercolors (keep it stationary in that case). Works extra well with goauche, acrylic and oil as a travel pallet. I even dry my goauche down into the wells to make travel pallets.

Brilliant paint storage! I have one I use for gouache and another I purchased for acrylics. Paint lasts in them for quite a while (6 months and counting for the gouache. Note: I put a few drops of watercolour medium into the gouache). Very well sealed lid- however, transport flat- colours can run into each other. Quite sturdy and light to carry. Very recommended!!

I bought these so I could keep my pallets separate - plein Aire oils, guache for quick studies, watercolors that I use often enough to lock them in to take with me when I am doing small watercolors in the park. It is airtight, it is watertight and small enough to transport in my backpack. Once you get the hang of the different flaps locked down - it is great~ Cleaning, I just put it in hot water with a couple drops of Dawn for all media I use.

This palette box has by and large done for me what was expected. It is quality built & the locking lid helps keep my watercolors relatively moist, easy to recharge with a spray bottle. There are ample wells to keep a wide variety of colors. I have used mine for almost a year. My disappointment at times has been that the wells are a bit small, and hard to clean if I want to switch colors (the cleaning tab provided is somewhat helpful). It's also a tad heavy but that shouldn't bother you unless you plan to take it backpacking. I decided to try to find a larger one, and ordered this one because the description had dimensions that were larger. However, those dimensions (for the box/wells, not the lid) are wrong and what I received is exactly the same as my current box. The metric dimensions on the box it came in are right but the item on the website in inches is erroneous. I am not sure if I will keep this one or not.

Because of the airtight lid on this case, the gouache paint is kept wet and ready for use. It has enough wells to house a larger palette of colors. It is small and transports easily for plain air painting. The cost for this case is reasonable and allows for each artist to fill the wells with their colors of choice. This is a must for artists who pant with gouache.

I really like this paint palette. Paint is still wet. The lid closes tight. Very portable too. Excellent price point.

This pallet box is great for acrylic paints it tight seal, and does not dry your paint out. I accidentally used glass paint in mine and basically ruined it so be careful and just use acrylic

I loved this palette! I used it mainly for storing pre-mixed paints so I could come back to a painting without mixing paint again. I stored paints in it for about a year and, while there was some drying, I was very surprised by how little! This works great for paint storage! My problem came when I decided to clean the entire thing out and start afresh. These little boxes are so hard to clean! I tried emptying them out which became a giant paint mess! So I decided to let the paints dry out and peel them out. This worked much better but I wasn't able to clean the corners. I soaked in warm soap and water for hours and it did nothing. Finally I resorted to isopropyl alcohol and nail polish remover. WARNING: DO NOT USE NAIL POLISH REMOVER! The entire palette cracked! Now I'm doubtful that it will store paints well again.

This product as worked great for me for school. But the only thing is that the paint leaks a little bit into the other sections.

It was smaller than we expected but does the job well.

Product arrived super quick. Was exactly as described. Will get lots of use when out painting plein air.

Love how airtight these are for my gouache. Still wet after over a month! Only downside is that the cover is annoying to put on, because you have to be pretty exact, also no place to mix really, but it seals the paint so it doesn’t dry out.

I bought this to store my gouache paint in. I am afraid of mold forming on the paint, so I keep it in the refrigerator between uses. It is just perfect for this and keeps my paint fresh. I only have to spritz the paint with distilled water occasionally.
