Can anybody honestly say they have hair growth is this off of good for a woman?

I can tell you that YES I have absolutely had consistent hair growth from this for a few years now! It takes time. Have faith! I only take half of the indicated dose and always have. I can't tell you the difference this has made in my life! Go for it and give it up to six months before you evaluate. Good luck

The photo of this says it does contain 5000 Biotin, but 3-4 people answered that it doesn't contain Biotin?.

The bottle says a dosage has 5000 mcg or 1667% RDA. That would be your intake of 2 capsules. A hairdresser friend of mine says biotin works best for hair loss.

Does this cause body hair to grow more?

I believe it does IN women. I think it spike androgen levels. Which will cause facial hair growth

No, it does not contain caffeine. (to my knowledge) INGREDIENTS: Vitamins A,C,D,E & B-6. Thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, biotin, pantothenic acid, iodine, zinc, selenium, copper gluconate and saw palmetto.
