Using it every day. I boil water then pour it in this teapot. I broke two lids by not being a little careful when I pour. Now I am and it’s not a problem at all. You have to hold it when it gets to that angle because it does not latch on, it is a bit lose. I love the look and how clean it stays. I just rinse after done with brewing.

Too small

I’m amazed at how reviewers overlook this key aspect. The infuser is unusable from the health concern standpoint. Why would a company make a borosilicate teapot just to ruin it with a plastic infuser? The PC material that this infuser is made of is just another type of plastic that’s heat resistant but not recommended for managing hot food because heat makes it leach out BPA which is something we don’t want.

Great for all your loose tea needs it can be a hassle to have to clean out at end of night due to loose leaves drying out then sticking like glue its super handy with the button release of tea

OMG, you guys! I just got my hands on this gorgeous tea pot and I am absolutely obsessed! But here's the bummer—there were no instructions in the box. Like, seriously?! It would have been a total game-changer to have a little guide to go with it. Can we make that happen?

Light teapot, looks delicate but seems strong. Every time I pour boiling water in it I expect it to crack but it does not!! Have used it consistently for several months, no issues. I especially like it for jasmine pearls- to see how they “go alive” and unfold. I prefer see thru, clear glass cups and pots, so this one definitely is my favorite. Regarding size one tea pot is enough for about 2 average cups of tea.

I love the concept of this tea pot, and bought two at the time. Unfortunately the plastic lid cracked and then fell apart. As the lid is crucial to operating the tea pot, I can't continue to use it. I have the second pot still in the box, I guess I'll see how long that one lasts.

Love this design - helps me steep my tea leaves for the perfect amount of time.

I only purchased this because it was an Amazon choice item. It's so cheap and nasty they should nearly have had to pay me. The plastic top doesn't really fit into the collar at the top. At the end of the day I would not recommend this to anyone

The strainer in the 750ml teapot is poor and does not filter fine teas so you end up with tea full of small specs of leaves…

Handle won't tighten to the body, infuser doesn't easily lock or unlock in the handle.
