Keracolor Color + Clenditioner, Semi-Permanent Hair Color, 23 Shades

I work at a hair salon and that makes it surprisingly hard to find time to get my hair done. My mentor gave me highlights with a red glaze on top. Anyone who colors their hair red knows how fast it fades (VERY). Got this to revamp my red in between glazes. It went above and beyond expectations. Firstly, the red was sooo vibrant and brighter than a glaze. It also lasts only a little less time than a normal glaze for me. I used to box dye my hair for almost 10 years and this is easier to apply than that. I got SO many compliments in and out of work. I got about 4 applications out of it (as you can see my hair isn’t very long but it is thick). For $23 that is a steal. It’s less mess than box dye because it is thicker. I have been beyond impressed and am about to buy another bottle.My steps:1. put on gloves and apply on dry hair from root to ends (I did dry hair each time for more vibrancy)2. completely saturate hair and twist on top of head3. left on for 1 hour (you don’t have to leave it on nearly this long, I just wanted the most color for my buck!)4. get in the shower and rinse until water is as clear as possible (it won’t be completely clear, no red dye ever will be)5. condition with my normal conditioner (pureology hydrate sheer) not because hair is not soft after, but because i wanted to scrub it off of scalp and hair as much as possible without stripping it with shampooHair is so soft, smells great, and has great color after. It will stain towels, but I didn’t have an issue with bad staining on my tub or anything (if you’re careful not to splatter it and rinse what you do splatter after).10 stars from an apprentice at a hair salon.FIRST PIC is after using this product. The color deposits evenly while leaving my hair feeling soft and hydrated. I love that it refreshes my color without drying out my hair, and it’s so easy to use. It helps keep my hair looking vibrant between salon visits and leaves it feeling smooth and healthy.

Pros:1- This is truly the best shampoo/conditioner I’ve ever used to keep my hair vibrant red!2- smells amazing3 - If you leave it in your hair for maybe 10- 15 minutes before you rinse it out it helps to make the color more vibrant.4- leaves my hair VERY softCons: (These are just good to knows I LOVE this product and recommend it to people all the time who ask how I keep my color so vibrant)1- MAKE THIS IN A BIGGER CONTAINER PLEASE! I would love to but a container 2 or 3 sizes larger than it comes in but it only comes in one size!2- put it on evenly (even along your roots) and generously or the color comes out spotty. I learned that the first time I used it but haven’t had a problem once I realized I needed to apply it more like dye than a regular shampoo and conditioner.3 -The color will come off on clothes, pillows etc and anything else if your hair is wet BUT stain remover has taken it out every single time on the first wash! It will also stain counters tubs etc BUT, a little magic eraser and will take it out!4 - The dispenser pump only twist open for use about half the time. I don’t really care as I keep an old pump from a working one that I’ve thrown the container away for but, can be a little annoying if you don’t think to try to open it before you get in the shower :)All and all this is an absolutely AMAZING product! As long as I have my hair vibrant red I will use this product!

I love this product! However, I gave it four stars for a reason. First of all, it has nothing to do with the seller on here. My rating is because of the product itself. I love how well it works. But my bottle (the pump) was faulty and would not work. So I pulled the pump out to manually retrieve the clenditioner and made a huge mess! So I can only use my bottle in the shower. Here are some tips to get the best results from this product. Just dampen your hair. Do not have it dripping and soaked as you would with regular shampoo. Fully saturate your hair. I applied as I would permanent hair color. Cover with a disposable shower cap or tie up while you wait or bathe. Warmth is your friend like with dye to open the cuticles for the best in total absorption. I let it sit approximately 12 to 18 minutes in my hair. Then rinse. Use your fingers to feel if there is still a large amount of clenditioner on your hair. Do not measure by the water running down the sink Sports Hub. Because it's going to continue to run red. If you chose the red color that is. If you rent until your water runs clear you likely rinsed out most of the color deposits left onto your hair. Which is not what you want to do. I realized that there might be a concern that you're going to drip read everywhere. Or any color that you chose. As long as you allow your hair to dry either with a blow dryer or air dry you're not going to have any problems with your hair getting color on to anything unless it gets wet. This is not a permanent color. Please keep that in mind. This is simply a temporary color to put onto your hair to give it a kick. I have very long fine and thin dark brown hair. And this is what worked best for me. I recently colored my hair Violet red. But didn't turn out as vibrant as I wanted it to. This was the second color I have done in 3 months. And I didn't want to over process my hair. So I decided to go with color shampoo to boost my already processed hair. I realize this shampoo is not made for dark hair. But I had High Hope. And I'm glad that I did. I watched quite a few online reviews on YouTube which all had very negative responses. However, I had already purchased the item when I started watching the reviews. I have now used this product two times. And I'm very happy with my results. One more tip that I would like to add, don't use white or light-colored towels or any towels that you really like. Although this is an item that will likely wash out. It will take a series of washes to fully rinse the color from your clothing and or towels. And don't worry about getting it on your skin. It does wash off. In fact just a few washes and it will be removed from your skin. If it's on your face and you need it off in a hurry just use rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide and it will get it off immediately. And also make sure to rinse any residual left over clenditioner either in your sink or shower before walking away and letting it sit. It does not permanently stain however I did not get mine in any grout of my shower. So I'm not one hundred percent that it will not permanently stain grout. But it does wash off eventually if it does get left in the shower but you want to make sure and rinse all that out while it's fresh. Good luck to any of you who try this. I have never found anything else that could keep the red in my hair for a month. I use this every other day instead of a red shampoo and conditioner. It keeps my hair vibrant, and makes my hair really soft.

Bro, I love this stuff. I use it every 3 washes to keep the deep red I like ( I have temporary hair dye) and this keeps it in check.I separate the black from the red and just leave it in for my whole shower. I Wash in cold water and I do Not wash out until the color is gone from the water. Yes it leaves red on my towels but I throw them in the wash it comes out. Also wiping it off your skin is easy.

This product has always made my hair feel amazing. For that reason I do like this stuff a lot. But it was far better when I had pink hair and used their pink conditioner. This red took a very vibrant red (that I worked hard for) and turned it almost a maroon color. I was pretty disappointed.For whatever reason a lot of the red temp dyes contain a LOT of orange and brown tones so you have to be really careful when your hair is lighter than brunette. This red seems to have something that makes the color seem off from bright red. I had to strip my hair and re-dye it with my favorite red color that has the appearance of blood it is so red. This is not that color.Great conditioner just not in this particular color.

No staining. Not an offensive smell. Easy to use.

Love this! I use it to keep my red hair colour between hair appointments. I have natural dark brown hair and this even colours my roots slightly. I put it on dry hair and leave it in for 30min and the wash it out. Just use gloves as this really does make everything red!

I use this product when my red hair from the salon fades. The colour pay off is really really strong. Tbh it’s abit too strong for my liking but I use it to keep the red from fading too much. My hair is bleached so the colour shows up very bright. I would say the colour lasts about 2 weeks if you shower twice daily. However you need to know, after using this product, it will dry out your hair even with the conditioning agent in the dye. So take extra care of your hair after that. Also I used it on dirty hair and it didn’t make a difference, so no need to wash your hair before application if you have bleached hair I think. (I have black hair and bleached it once, so base colour is orangey, not yellow/white bleached hair)

This is an excellent shampoo, it leaves my hair soft and feeling healthy!...... it also keeps my dyed hair looking red. Only downside is it will stain your hands or shower curtain when using
