Prime Day sale!
These are a very simple design with only one velcro strap. This particular version comes in half-sizes, which was my impetus to buy them. Prime Days knocked half off the price. Nice fit, not too hot. Well made shoes. Bike shoes for indoor cycling never wear out, but it is nice to have a second pair. You do have to install the cleats yourself.

Disappointed with the Durability of Peloton Altos Cycling Shoes
I recently purchased the Peloton Altos Cycling Shoes for use with my Bike and Bike+, attracted by the brand's reputation and the promise of quality. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory, leading me to not recommend these shoes. The major issue I encountered was with the durability of the shoes. Within just a few days of use, I noticed that the sole began to detach. This was both surprising and disappointing, especially considering the premium price point of these shoes. The detachment of the sole not only made the shoes uncomfortable but also unsafe for continued use in cycling sessions. While the shoes initially seemed well-designed, with a convenient single hook and loop strap and Delta-compatible bike cleats, the rapid deterioration in quality overshadowed these features. It's unacceptable for a product from a well-known brand like Peloton to have such a fundamental flaw in its construction. In conclusion, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Peloton Altos Cycling Shoes. The issue with the sole detaching so quickly is a significant concern, and it undermines the overall value and reliability of the product. If you're looking for durable and long-lasting cycling shoes, you might want to consider other options available in the market.

A Shoe Bet!
Excellent fit with on ONE strap. The Altos Cycling Shoe is a hands down winner compared to the other cycling shoes. Others have said the shoe is narrow...I am an E width size for running shoes and this stationary cycling shoe fits, well...like a glove! Don't confuse a road bike shoe with a stationary bike. Each has a specific design for a specific purpose. Can you use a 'road' bike cycling shoe on the Peloton...sure can, but I wouldn't advise using a Peloton cycling shoe for road/mountain biking...why, it is not made for that. I did purchase the Altos in a 12.5 men's size and it was a bit snug in the toe box...exchanged it for a size up, 13 men's size, perfect fit. I really like the 'one strap' fit and the overall fit with superb material breathe-ability. You can't go wrong in upgrading to the Altos cycling shoe...remember to size up at least a 1/2 size...go with your running shoe size and not your dress shoe size. I wear a 12 dress shoe and my running shoe size is a 13.

Fit is perfect!
After having my son my feet grew. Unfortunately. Soo I had to buy a new pair of riding shoes; found these and so happy I did! I have slim feet and I like to be able to wiggle my toes a bit when I ride; these are the perfect amount of wiggle room and tightness! Feels so much more comfortable than the original peloton shoes that came with my bike.

Lightweight and Comfortable, with a Few Questions About Long-Term Durability
My wife has been using these Peloton Altos regularly, and overall she’s been very happy with them. The biggest advantage is how lightweight they are. They almost disappear on your feet during a ride, which makes longer workouts much more comfortable. The only downside is that they feel a bit thinner than expected. They don’t provide quite the same level of support and stability as some more substantial cycling shoes, so if you’re looking for a very rigid, performance-oriented fit, that’s something to keep in mind. She’s also a little curious about how they’ll hold up over the long term since the lightweight construction doesn’t feel quite as robust as some other options. That said, they’ve performed well so far and have been a pleasure to ride in. Overall, we’d give them a solid 4 out of 5 stars. They’re comfortable, lightweight, and great for everyday Peloton rides, but we’d love to see just a bit more support and confidence in their long-term durability.

Good buy for "used-like new", comfortable, cleats were not included as advertised
Bought a "used-like new" pair. Fit was true to size. Upper feels a little looser/a little less secure than my old cycling shoes, but the single strap is simple and the toe box is more roomy than my old shoes. I chose these because they appeared to be a more breathable material than my old shoes. Overall, they're comfortable and lightweight. Sole is thinner than my old shoes, so I might need to adjust my bike seat down just a little. I do wonder how the hook-and-loop fastener will hold up over time. The "like new" part applied to the shoes themselves, as they were in perfect condition, but these shoes did not come with the the LOOK Delta cleats as advertised. Fortunately, I was able to transfer the cleats from my old shoes. For the used price compared to the new, I can deal with that.

Other products just as good half the price
You can buy these, but there are others out there that are just as good and less than half the price

10/10 Would Reccomend
I’m a completely newbie to cycling and Peloton. I had no idea what I was looking for when it came to cycle shoes I just knew I wanted something that was lightweight breathable, comfortable and something that didn’t squish my toes. I purchased the original shoes and the Altos to compare. I went up a size in the Altos (I got the same size I get in running shoes). I’m generally a uk size 4.5 in most shoes with the exception of running/climbing shoes where I’m a 5.5. These are no expectation they fit like a running shoe and come up small. I got a 5.5 which was a perfect fit for me. They allow me to wear thick and thin socks and don’t rub or fall off if I wear thinner socks. The original peloton shoes doesn’t come in half sizes. So these are a better option if you’re between sizes. This shoe, is light weight (especially when compared to the origional peloton shoes, which to me were heavy, clunky, bulky and tight) breathable and comfortable. I was worried about the Velcro strap and how long it would last, I’ve had my shoes for 7 weeks and I’ve worn them every day and have completed rides upto 60 minutes with comfort and the Velcro still fastens as it should. The Altos is much more comfortable than the origional shoe, which I found was really heavy and narrow fitting. These are I would say slightly on the narrow fitting side but not as narrow as the originals. As someone completely new to cycling, I am so happy with how seamless and easy it’s been for me to get on with these shoes. If you’re on the fence, I’d absolutely reccomend these over the origional. Update; 4 months in and the velcro straps are still going strong! 😃

High quality and comfortable shoe.
Having reading a few of the reviews, I was very skeptical of buying this shoe. First impressions is that it is a high quality and comfortable shoe and I have not experienced any of the issues of previous buyers. So far so good and I am pleased with my purchase.
