The seller sent me a personalized email on how to use the foot file, which was very helpful!The email said it works best on dry skin (rather than wet or moisturized), but I have found it works best for me on wet skin. I just use it in the shower!I really like that there are files going both directions, so that you are filing with each forward and backward stroke.

I think this tool is very helpful and gives good results. The directions say don't use in the shower which is good advice if you are planning to use it roughly, if you do plan on taking in the shower/bathtub anyway be sure to take it easy first so you don't take off too much skin, because it will remove it.

The product is of very good quality and does an exceptional job. It is multi-directional, and built to remove the old dead skin without 'cutting' into your foot or causing irritation. Rated it at 4 because it could be just a bit sturdier.

Horrible. Dull. Have used other brands this is a waste of time and money. Does not work on dry feet, wet feet, or even after soaking feet. Disappointed.

Very pleased with this product. I had flaking dry patches on my heel area. After using it daily after showering for only one week I notice a big difference!!

Worked great the first 2 times and now it’s dull and doesn’t really work. Waste of money
