Card is stuck now. Purchased this the second time. How do I get it out safely?

Get two small knives and place the tip of both blades on both sides of one of the cards inside the wallet if the blades are small enough to fit on both sides of a credit card and the pull it out safely. Next time try not to put too many cards in the wallet. I only have my medical card, drivers license and 3 credit cards that use the most and that's it.

I received this product today. The slider at the bottom is not smooth, it interrupts whenever i slide it. Do you think that's a problem?

The slider should smoothly glide to the side and the credit cards should smoothly slide up and become visible to use I use it with 5 cards and the POWR warranty card in the device and it works fine sounds like your has a fault or you have to many cards in it

Does the cards come straight out are do you have to pull them out?

There is a switch to the bottom of the case and you press that from left to right and the cards pop out.
