I am very happy with the purchase! I had many brands from here where only one was strong enough to feel the effect, it was German brand that discontinued product and since then all brands useless until i got this powder. So in control of whats inside, how much to take.

Found a recipe to make one's own ELMNT powder, using this and other powders. Was an expensive purchase with all the others too. But months later, so much left still....it's been a great purchase.

…that is, hardly any taste at all. I take it mixed into oat milk, and it seems to actually improve the drink. I'm confident of its purity because the taste and general mouth feel is identical to some I had bought several years earlier from a different source.

Es bueno para los que hacemos deporte, en mi caso, correr.Ayuda a la relajación y regeneración muscular, tendones, ligamentos, articulaciones, además de ayudar a la recuperación de los tejidos blandos, reduciendo el dolor por el ejercicio cuándo es de alta intensidad.Si eres sensible al sabor, es un poco amargo, leve...puedes mezclar con tu té o café o bebida de tu preferencia.En lo particular, no soy muy sensible a eso de los sabores, he tomado colágeno Marino que muchos rechazan y con asco por su sabor; en mi caso esto no me afecta.Lo tomo en agua caliente éste colágeno y se disuelve sin problemas

Es la primera vez que uso del polvo de malato de magnesio. Lo integro en un licuado por la mañana con otros ingredientes.

I have been using the full dosage of this (3cc scoop, 2g) for the past week, and I feel so much more like my normal self. I had been using it at a smaller dosage to make my own electrolite as others here have said, but no noticable effects. The first time I tried it, I mixed it in full strength just as a drink. As someone else noted, there was bathroom time. Of course just one time, so not completely sure it was due to this product. So, what's the difference now...? I mix it into my protein drink I have with a meal. No upset stomach, no taste issues, but big diffence in energy levels so far. No, not like a stimulant energy, although my coffee buzz has come back. Just more general get up and go. Muscle, joint pain pain...? I don't know yet... I still have achiness, but it could be that so far the edge is taken off and it's easier to ignore. Still not altogher sure it's not just a metabolic "up cycle" of sorts, and that I'll be back to my normal ball and chain feeling in a bit, or not...(?) But for now, trying to get stuff done, while the getting is good... :-)
