What I noticed after regular use.
I chose this because sublingual tablets are easier to absorb. Using it consistently, I felt gradual improvement in energy and less mental fog. It’s not an instant boost, but works slowly and steadily If someone has B12 deficiency or follows a vegetarian diet, this can be a useful daily supplement.

Pls do not buy this product
pls do not buy this product. makes no difference to your B12 defficient levels whatsoever. I had the product for close to 3 months thinking it will start making a difference now... i popped 5-6 tablets each time... but it made no difference whatsoever to the tingling sensation in my feet. it's a cheap product- both- money wise & quality wise.

Positive effects
I have been taking this supplement for several months now, and I can confidently say that it has made a positive impact on my overall health and wellbeing. The sublingual tablets are incredibly convenient to use, and they quickly dissolve under the tongue, making it easy to absorb the nutrients into my body.
