Holy grail!!
This product is amazing!! The lift and collagen it gave me is insane. (No instructions so try looking for a tutorial) but they were so easy to use and it’s really hard to mess it up! (plus customer service is above and beyond)

I love Elves
These threads are awesome, and customer service is great to work with. I used the mono threads to build up some collagen in my under eye area, and I had immediate results with placement, I look forward to the progression of collagen over the next couple of months!!! I highly recommend Elves threads!! I haven’t used their Cogs, yet, but will be sure to post more pics and results when I do!!!

Nice threads but...customer service made my issue right!!!
These were nice threads, but my only complaint is that instead of the 20 threads in the description there were 16. I expected 2 sealed packages with 10 threads each. Instead each package only had 16 threads. I won't be buying these again, as that left a bad impression.Edit:Elves contacted me and made the problem right. Eileen provided wonderful customer service and kept me up to date on every step. The customer service changed my mind. Will be ordering again....

These were safely packaged, great quality, easy to insert and engaged smoothly. Customer service is incomparable! If you have any questions or concerns, allow them a day or so to reply since their time zone is different but they are attentive and more than happy to help. Aurora has gone above and beyond every time I've reached out. They'll be my go-to shop from now on!

Llego bien envuelto y la calidad no es mala aunque el hilo es delgado. Se ve bien y trabaja bien pero por el mismo grosor se requiere más material. Y llego muy rapido
